"I'm a Sharks Season Ticket Holder."

Victoria and I went to Cheesecake factory. We sat down at a table next to this family of 4. after a half hour or more, the family prepares to leave. The husband gets up and picks up his youngest son. I look at him, and my jaw drops... He looks at me, my jaw drops staring at him, and I mutter... "Are you Todd McLellan???"

"Yes I am" he says.

YES FRIENDS I HAVE MET THE SAN JOSE SHARKS HEAD COACH!!!

I said something like, how are you, and then "Oh I don't mean to disturb you (and your family)."
He said something like "no you're not" and he shook my hand. he asked me "are you a big Hockey fan?"
and I said, "I'm a Sharks Season Ticket Holder." He laughed. I wished him the best.

Victoria said that he seemed surprised that someone recognized him hahaha.

I sat NEXT TO THE GUY for a half hour. I didn't look at him, not wanting to be nosy all in his food and stuff. And it turns out to be one of the most important people in San Jose!

Lets say that made my night!

I value my sleep...

When I make an appointment, I would hope that it would be honored. And when the appointment is at 7:00AM, I really want it honored. I will be getting up extra early for this appointment and I expect it to be done.

So I scheduled my appointment for my car's tires and rotation. When I called they said, "it would take about 1/2 hour to rotate and balance, 1 hour for alignment. hopefully no more than 2 hours." So when I arrive at 7:00AM, and they tell me the car will be ready at Noon, guess what kind of reaction I have. So you want me to hang out for 5 hours here? I won't get paid for my day? what happened to the 2 hours you said it would take? Apparently there are cars left over from the night before and they will need to get done first.

Forget it. OK reschedule me. I'll come in next Saturday. Saturday will be a day I can leave the car behind and do other important stuff.
